I recently tried out this hand blender for the first time and was extremely impressed. As I have been trying to incorporate more soups into my diet, I purchased some condensed cream of chicken soup. I struggled to blend the soup concentrate with water, but using this hand blender made the process effortless. I simply added the condensed soup and water to a bowl, gave it two or three quick one-second bursts with the blender, followed by one longer blast for about three seconds, and the soup was perfectly blended. It looked as though it had been simmering on the stove for hours. I am amazed at how quickly and easily the hand blender was able to do its job. I am looking forward to using this hand blender for many years to come for soups and other dishes. You will not regret investing in this hand blender.

I have a collection of stick blenders for making soap, and this Courant is the best one I've found. It's easy to use, lightweight, and gets the job done well. I wouldn't use it for hot process soap, but it's great for cold process. I would definitely buy it again, though I would recommend washing it separately to prevent damage.

I found the hand blender to be perfect for my needs. It is smaller than others on the market and doesn't have a lot of extra attachments, which is exactly what I was looking for. It can be operated with just one hand and has multiple speeds. It's also easy to clean, as the blade part is dishwasher safe. I specifically wanted a blender for smoothing out soups, potatoes, and purees, and this one is perfect for that.
