Easy to use. Cook pizza better..

The non-stick-coated cooking plates work well, are large, and are easy to clean. The upright-standing design is nice for storage.
I purchased it mainly for making Chinese Pie, which is around 2cm thick. In the beginning, I tried to cook with the up and bottom sides at the same time, but the up plate could not touch the Pie, since the Pie was too thin. Then I opened it 180 degrees to put more Pies but found it could not keep the high temperature. Finally, I put the lid on and cooked one side first, then turned it over and cooked the other side. It worked.
