This product is amazing. The blade is extremely sharp, and I've accidentally cut myself twice. It does a great job of chopping nuts, making it perfect for holiday cooking. It's also loved by everyone for grating cheese, and cleaning it up is easy.

The first product I received was defective due to a faulty safety micro switch, likely a manufacturing error. The second one has just arrived and I tested it and it is functioning properly. I will update my review after using it for a little while.

I believe the device is functional, but finding a crack in the processor's bowl upon opening was disappointing. Hopefully it can be easily fixed and I won't have to discard it.
