I used this processor with carrots and noticed that the top started to wobble. When I removed it, a small plastic part from the lid broke off. I attempted to find a replacement part or purchase a new lid, but received no help or response. I had only owned it for a month.

Purchased in July, only used it three times and the plastic around the blades broke while processing hummus. Now there are black bits of plastic throughout the food. I am unable to contact the seller for a replacement blade. Extremely disappointed.

After I finally figured out how to attach the shredding blade, I felt more in control and ultimately satisfied with the product.

I am enjoying using the new kitchen tool. Grating my own cheese makes it fresher than buying pre-grated. This tool seems more powerful and easier to clean than my old processor. I should have replaced it a long time ago.
