I used this array to make a delicious creamy potato soup.

The operation is uncomfortable as you have to keep the button pressed and it's a bit difficult to hold with just one hand. The handle is not very ergonomic; I think it could be improved a lot.

It works perfectly and does a great job. Good value for the quality.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had a frustrating experience with this product. I purchased it on 9-9-20 and used it only three times for making soap for my family. When I tried to use it again on 3-29-2021, it wouldn't work. It's past the point where I can return it. I have another immersion blender from Williams Sonoma that has lasted me over 5 years, so I wouldn't recommend this product. Save your money and invest in better quality.

My husband uses this array to prepare meals for my parents. The blending capability is excellent, and the detachable base makes it easy to clean! However, using the high speed setting requires strong hand strength.

This blender works really well for making soap, but I find the buttons tiring to hold down and difficult to use. I would give it 4 stars for that reason. Otherwise, it's a great blender for soap making.
