We have enjoyed using this doughnut maker multiple times, and the kids absolutely love the doughnuts. Although I initially thought it was for them, I realized that it requires an adult to operate. You need to use a toothpick to turn the doughnuts halfway through baking and to remove them. The recipes provided make about 3 batches, and we mainly use the banana recipe when we have ripe bananas available. If you want to make a large quantity of doughnuts or use a cake mix, I would recommend getting a larger model, as using this one can be time-consuming. Despite this, our kids love the small doughnuts, and we appreciate being able to control the ingredients. It's a great activity for the kids to decorate, and we even made a doughnut tower for our child's birthday, which was a hit with everyone!
