This product is extremely user-friendly! I purchased it for my mother and she is very pleased with it.

This array works well for making sauce quickly, but cleaning it is a challenge. When you remove the blade shaft housing, the warm, soapy water only cleans the outside visually. After several attempts, the water almost comes out clean, but there may still be residue in the shaft. The manual doesn't provide clear instructions on how to clean it effectively. The design of the machine could be more hygienic, especially if it were used to blend milk-based products. A blender might be a better option for ease of cleanup.
