Since purchasing, I've been using this griddle for making breakfast sandwiches for my office. It's been a huge hit, and now the entire office wants to use it. However, be careful not to overload it, or you'll need a helper. It works well, but the plastic drip tray may deform if not supported by folded foil to absorb the heat from bacon fat.
