I agree with everyone else that I wish I knew what temperature low, medium, and high was, but I chose medium to start. I made my dough. Then after 30 minutes, I rolled half the dough and put it in the pizza maker for 10 minutes. While waiting, I rolled the other half into another 12-inch pizza crust. At the end of 10 minutes, I swapped the cooked crust for the uncooked crust. While waiting 10 minutes, I put toppings on the cooked crust. When the other crust was ready to come out, I swapped. It took approximately 25 minutes more to cook. Then I put the second pizza in. Prior to ever using the pizza maker, I seasoned it with olive oil. Nothing stuck to it. I recommend having a pizza pan to put your pizza on in between times. This was a Mother's Day gift my husband bought, so I will not be the verified purchase person, but I realized there are no real directions on how to use this machine out there. I plan to make more pizza and play with the temperature and time.
