This is another item I bought since I had a stroke. We got rid of our stove so I couldn't get my wheelchair in the kitchen. I have discovered these mini appliances and I got this grill along with a few of the others I have use this and make crapes Fried eggs for egg sandwiches and grilled cheese so far. You may have to turn the stuff over a little bit but it only takes a few seconds and I can actually do all this with one hand and their plants is so easy to clean. I can actually do all this on my own. I don't know who all they had in mind when they made these appliances but I think for some of the stroke patients they're very handy we have to be careful because they do get hot . However you'd have to do that even if you didn't have a stroke. Lol I have just ordered a mini muffin maker. It's been almost a year since I've been able to do cooking and I am so excited to have these appliances. I know the price that you can afford on a budget. I know some people don't like them but as for me I am very satisfied with the product so far and so happy that I have gotten them and I'm able to use them. I am so thankful that I am still recovering and I'm able to cook with these cute little appliances and that they really do work. Give them a try it cost less than going out for dinner or a movie.

This is the perfect balance Courant product. It is larger than the smallest version but much smaller than a full size skillet. You can cook two eggs and a couple pieces of bacon in this.

It has two lights. One indicates that power is on, the other doesn't light so I have no idea. I started using it immediately and suddenly I'm living off of hot sandwiches.

Very good product, this is my second one. One thing I wish to have is a switch on it so I do not need to unplug each time. One time, I forgot to unplug and it gets a burning smell and can be dangerous.

Pancakes made with this are much fluffier and far less likely to burn compared to flipping them in a pan on the stove. Note however that this does not brown both sides of the pancake at the same time the way waffle makers do. You still have to open the cooker and flip the pancake to get both sides properly. There is just too much distance between the top and bottom for the pancake to hit both sides at the same time. On the plus side, you don't get batter flowing out the edges and making a mess like waffle makers do.
