I love this product! It���s easier than a Keurig. Just add water plug-in and turn on 60 seconds later you have hot water. You can make tea, coffee, Jell-O if it needs hot water, this is the perfect thing.

We drop this into our suitcase when we travel to make hot tea in a hotel. Nice sized to make two mugs of tea. Boils quickly.

Easy to use, great size for my empty nest

We use this to make tea daily. It's simple you fill with water and place on the base, touch the switch and a few minutes you have boiling hot water that you can lift off the base and pour into your tea/coffee cups. So much better than putting water in a kettle and putting it on the stove. After the water boils the device shuts itself off.
