I have a bread machine that is very user-friendly, but my first two attempts at making bread were not very successful. The plain white loaf I made was too dense, and the sourdough loaf, while okay, didn't taste any better than store-bought bread. I used bread flour and followed the recipes exactly as they were written in the included recipe book. The recipes are simple and the auto cook functions are very easy to use. I believe this is a good machine, but I need to find better recipes. It would also be helpful if the recipe book included approximate cooking times, as the first loaf took 3 hours while the second one took almost 7 hours.

After unpacking the bread maker, I enjoyed a delicious loaf of bread 3 hours later.
