Initialiy received a ceramic bowl with noticeable holes and dents. Concerned that these may eventually lead to cracks or other issues. Seller agreed to send a replacement. The second bowl has smaller blemishes and is less noticeable, but there is a discolored spot that was not present on the first one.

This product was great for warming up food quickly and keeping it warm. I only used it once to heat up an appetizer, and it worked perfectly for what I needed. I didn't actually cook anything in it, just used it to warm up food.
