This product works great and heats up quickly. Having dual temperature controls is a nice feature. There is a minor defect in the ceramic on one bowl, but it's not enough to warrant returning it. Overall, I am satisfied with the value of this product.

Upon opening the crockpot, I noticed that one of the legs was already detached. I attempted to reattach it, but the nut fell inside the housing. Overall, the crockpot is easy to use and clean. It's the perfect size for a small gathering, but the broken leg that it arrived with prevents me from giving it a five-star rating.

The lids don't fit well and I was hoping for higher quality given the price. However, it still works fine. The keep warm feature is too hot, like all the others.
