This was a must-have for football season! It's essential to keep the snacks warm for a full day of game viewing, and this slow cooker does the job perfectly. The temperature controls function well, and the crock is high quality and easy to clean. The two crocks are a good size as well. This product works great and heats up quickly. Having dual temperature controls is a nice feature. There is a minor defect in the ceramic on one bowl, but it's not enough to warrant returning it. Overall, I am satisfied with the value of this product.
