The company did a great job with packaging, but the shipping container was damaged during transit, causing the product to arrive late. However, the cooker was still well-protected and looks beautiful, so I have no concerns about it working properly.

This item has performed well in cooking both sides evenly. I plan to use it for hosting guests as well. I cooked dinner on one side and then stored the other side's contents in the freezer for later use.

This product is perfect for small gatherings and I've made nachos with it a few times. However, the extension cord is very short, so be sure to have an extension cord ready.
