    I have used this item to bake a popular brand rising crust pizza multiple times and have been very satisfied with the results. I have found that 18-20 minutes is the perfect cooking time. I like to add extra cheese and have discovered that it is best to add it after the pizza is done, or else the cheese will burn. Simply add the extra cheese, close the lid, and unplug the item. Let it sit for a couple of minutes for the cheese to melt. This method also works well for grilled sandwiches and quesadillas. I deducted one star for the lack of an on/off button and temperature control, and a larger handle would be better, too.

    After contemplating for months, I finally made the decision to purchase this item and I do not regret it. I am thoroughly impressed with its ability to cook my homemade pizzas to perfection. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by its capability to make quesadillas and reheat pizza. Its ability to cook both sides at the same time is a game-changer. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.
