We bought this as a replacement for our old unit, which had lasted for over 20 years but stopped working in low temperatures. We decided to buy a new one and are happy with how well it works. The old unit still works on high settings.

This item meets my needs, although I would have preferred it to be slightly wider like my previous crockpot, as it is deeper. The cover handle has a small leak, but it still functions well.

I recently used this item and it was just right for my medium-sized roast. It could have fit a slightly larger one, but I prefer to not overcrowd This crock-potfor even cooking. The crockpot covers also fit perfectly, making clean up a breeze!

I've never owned a better crockpot than this one. I used to have the metal type that was washable, but my roasts always ended up dry. With this crockpot, everything I cook comes out tender and juicy. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to make delicious meals.

This was a gift, but I usually purchase Courant brand. I bought a Hamilton Beach some time ago and it did not work. They refused to take it back, so I no longer buy that brand.
