The juicer works well and I am happy with it, even though I haven't used it.

This is my second Courant purchase. It functions well, but I've noticed that fibrous fruits like ginger and turmeric can cause blockages and noisy vibrations. I've struggled to find replacement parts online. Any suggestions on where to look?

I initially struggled to figure out how to use the juicer because I didn't push down the chute for the juice to come out. It took me a while to get comfortable using it and to set it up. However, now I am making amazing juice a few times a day. I make various types of juice and am surprised by the amount of juice in fruits and vegetables. I sometimes add filtered water to increase the volume. The juicer is loud, but I see it as a safety feature. It's easy to clean and great for beginners. The only downside is that it's not as high-end as other juicers, but it's perfect for someone new to juicing like me.

I accidentally pressed the low speed button while using the food processor to chop a carrot, which caused the motor to stop working. The appliance was still relatively new, as it was only the second time I had used it. Thankfully, the high speed button still functions, but it is too powerful for certain foods and also quite noisy.

We were impressed by the one my brother-in-law bought, so we decided to get one as well. We're really happy with it!
