Great price, multi-purpose, works well, and heats up quickly. The downside is no temperature control. Think it is 375-425 degrees.

I have used this to bake a popular brand rising crust pizza several times and am very pleased with the results. I have found that 18-20 minutes is perfect. I like to add extra cheese and discovered that it is best to add after the pizza is done or the cheese will burn. Just add it, close the lid and unplug. Let it sit for a couple minutes for it to melt. This works really well for grilled sandwiches and quesadillas, too. Deducted one star for the lack of an on/off button and temperature control. A larger handle would be better, too.

Heats quickly. Only used for breakfast dishes so far. Crinkle cook surface causes paper towel residue to stick. Cord is a little short.

Wow! I'm amazed by the variety of foods I can prepare with this Pizza Maker. From salmon to roasted potatoes, roasted broccoli, pancakes, and more, it's incredibly versatile. I purchased round parchment paper that fits perfectly, making cleanup a breeze. The time saved by cooking with the Courant is remarkable. And oh, did I mention it's great for pizza too!

I use this pizza oven at least twice a week, and I absolutely love it. While it only holds a 12-inch pizza, which is the size of most store-bought pizzas, it cooks them perfectly. Even if the pizza is larger, I simply cook slices of the pie separately. It crisps up the crust and cooks fast. I adore this pizza maker and would definitely recommend it.
