This product is a game-changer for my dorm kitchen. It boils water quickly and is powerful enough to use without a lid. The burner of new pots and pans works perfectly with this product. It does take a while to heat up and cool down, so I recommend keeping it under a stove exhaust fan to avoid heating up the kitchen. Once it's hot, it's great to cook with.

This burner is an essential tool for me. I needed a way to simmer or slow boil on my induction hot plate, so I bought this and it works perfectly for that. Now I can start boiling on the induction plate and transfer to this one for controlled simmer/boil. My life is now complete!

I liked how quickly the burner heats up and how easy it is to change the temperature control. However, I found it confusing to turn off. The instructions recommend turning it off at the power outlet and removing the plug, but there is no clear indication that it is actually off when using the on/off button. I ended up just unplugging it to ensure it was off.
