I have used it twice and love it. I tried to pulse the crust for lemon bars and it worked great. Then I used it to make cabbage salad. I used one blade and didn't like what the cabbage looked like. I used the other one and it was just what I wanted. I love the machine

Just got this today and used it right away to make salsa with the last of my garden peppers and tomatoes. It was easy to use and looks great. I'm replacing my old Hamilton Beach that I've had for 40 years, and this Courant product seems to be just as good so far. I've been happy with other Courant products for their quality and value, so I'll update after a few months, but for now, I'm pleased.
