This product works well, but be cautious of the outside of the crockpot when it's on the high setting to avoid burning yourself. I accidentally burned my arm.

I purchased this product primarily for the sauce warmer feature as I do not have a microwave. The larger unit functions well, but it gets extremely hot on the outside, so be carefull. Overall, I am pleased with the product.

I am really happy with this item. I appreciate being able to prepare a meal in the morning and return to a ready dinner. I opted for a larger size so it can accommodate all my items, and it works wonderfully.
