It looks nice and is smaller than expected, which isn't necessarily a drawback. So far, I've only used it for toast, and it performs admirably. The only downside is that you have to pick it up and open the bottom to clean it. Had I known this beforehand, I might have chosen differently, as I prefer a tray that slides in and out.
