I used this toaster for 6 months and then it stopped working properly after I toasted poptarts for the first time in 10 years. Any small bread crumb or sprinkle from a poptart causes it to smoke and almost catch fire. I have to use the lowest setting and keep retoasting my food carefully to get it to the right level of toasty-ness. If I use a higher setting, it smokes even more. I also have to clean it before every use to prevent the everything bagel seeds from catching fire.

I appreciate that this toaster stays cool to the touch, making it safer to use. Although it does have a short cord, it's manageable. My favorite feature is that when the bagel is done, it doesn't get stuck - just lift the lever and it pops up the rest of the way! No more struggling to get the bagel out. I absolutely love this toaster and the price is great - it's better than $80 toasters.

This toaster was originally purchased for my mother, but I ended up ordering another one for myself because it looks very modern and nice. The slots are long and wide, which can fit almost anything. It has a variety of settings for different types of food that need to be warmed or toasted, and the best part is that it toasts both sides perfectly. Most toasters only toast one side of the bread or not at all, so this feature is a major plus. I would definitely recommend this toaster if you're in the market for a new one.
