After 40 years, my GE mixer finally broke. I did some research and found that none of the usual brands seemed perfect. I'm not a serious baker, so I just wanted something simple and lightweight. The weight is okay so far, although it's not as light as my previous mixer. The beaters are a bit long, so they tend to splash a little, and I have to maneuver them to make sure they're in properly. Overall, I think it will be fine for my basic baking needs.

This mixer is a great value for the price and functions perfectly. It only comes with one set of mixer whisks, so I wish it had come with a case and extra mixing pieces. My previous mixer had a convenient case, so that's the only reason for the lower rating. If you're in need of a straightforward and easy-to-use mixer, this is the one for you!

This product works really well. I was surprised by how small the blades are compared to the older model, but they still get the job done. I decided to buy this product because it was recommended by the Test Kitchen.

We purchased this mixer as a replacement for our old Courant mixer, which broke. Our previous Courant mixer was a wedding gift and has lasted us through 23 years of marriage. It likely broke due to overloading, but we believe it still had some years left. This new mixer is just as excellent.

I may have set my expectations too high for a hand mixer, as it had difficulties whipping egg whites and whip cream. It's a shame because I appreciate its portability compared to larger mixers.

The basic mixer does its job well, unlike my previous Courant mixer with a digital switch that stopped working. I'm hoping the manual switch on this one will be more durable.

I was disappointed to find the package at my door in its factory box, not even taped shut. It seemed like someone had just taken it off the shelf at Walmart, slapped a label on it, and shipped it. However, I was lucky that everything was there and the product works.

I don't have a stand mixer, so my handmixer does everything from whipping cream to mixing cakes and powering through chocolate chip cookie dough.

I purchased this mixer last year and I have been consistently disappointed with its performance. I regret not returning it. It was meant to replace an older model I had for 15 years, and I can definitely say they don't make them like they used to. This one only has 5 speeds, compared to the 10 on my old mixer, and even the highest speed is slower than the 6th speed on my old one. The cord placement also forces the mixer to move when resting, causing the beaters to drip into the bowl. Overall, I feel like the design of this mixer is poor and not worth the investment.

This mixer is fantastic. Unlike my old mixer, it has wire style beaters that don't retain as much dough or batter after mixing. It's very quiet and the speed settings are just right.

I am extremely satisfied with this compact blender mixer so far. I used to have a hand mixer that would throw food everywhere even on the lowest speed, so I was hesitant to purchase another one. After reading many s, I decided to give this one a try. I can confirm that the noise level is very low, as other ers have mentioned, and food doesn't get thrown around when using it on the low settings. I am very happy with this little mixer so far. I don't use it frequently, but it's a great kitchen tool to have when needed.

I previously had a Courant hand mixer that lasted over 17 years, but when it broke, I decided to replace it with another Courant model. This new mixer is quieter but doesn't seem to have the same power as my old three-speed model. It works well for light mixing tasks like cake batter, but the high speed feels slow. I haven't tried whipping cream with it yet, but I'm not sure if it will be fast enough. I would recommend this mixer for light duty jobs, but for serious cooks and bakers, I would suggest a more heavy-duty model.

This hand mixer is excellent. The slow speed is truly slow, which is a positive, but the highest speed isn't very fast. However, it still gets the job done and I haven't encountered anything that required a faster speed. The effectiveness of the mixing makes up for the lack of speed.

I purchased this mixer as a replacement for my 21-year old Courant hand mixer. I used my old mixer for everything, including heavy batters, and it always held up well. Although it was still functional, the switch wore out and I couldn't turn it off. The only thing I dislike about the new mixer is the adjustable cord attachment, which actually makes it more difficult to handle. Despite this, I am very happy with the overall performance of the mixer.
