Quality The variable speed is nice

Low speed for sauces when I don't want everything flying everywhere, then higher when I'm trying to get soup really smooth. Took a couple tries to get used to it but now it's second nature. -
Quality I use this way more than expected

Turns out it's been sitting in the front of the drawer because I keep grabbing it. Soups, gravy, smoothies, sauces... it's just quicker than setting up my big blender every time. The motor is surprisingly quiet too
