I haven't used the bread hooks yet, but I have used it for making cakes and it worked well. It seems to be sturdy and is a great price. I didn't want a large, bulky mixer and this one was perfect for me.

I purchased this hand mixer to replace my old one that kept dropping one of the blades during use. This new mixer holds the blades in place as expected. I really appreciate the multiple speed options it offers, which is more than other hand mixers. I also like that it stands upright on the counter without tipping over and that the blades eject easily. It's definitely a good value for the price and I would recommend it.

The quality of this mixer could be improved as it feels a bit loose and doesn't mix well. I'm considering returning it because the performance and stability are not great. It could also be stronger in mixing without having to constantly pull the bottom to make it faster. One positive aspect is that it is very easy to store in any cabinet.

I was really impressed with the customer service from the company. When the mixer arrived broken, they quickly sent me a new one without any hassle or need for a return. Despite being without a mixer for a few extra days, I still give it five stars for the excellent customer service and the quality of the product. The mixer itself works great, with a longer cord and a storage base that I find very convenient. It feels sturdy and well-made.
