I had a bad experience with this product the first time I used it - the tray was ruined and bubbly. I don't appreciate being asked for a review seconds after purchasing it. Let's see how long it lasts!

My husband and I love it, no smoke inside the house and everything cooked perfectly. The only thing I would like is for it to come with a lid, the model I bought doesn't have one, but I would have liked it to have one so that when you finish cooking you can keep the food warm with the lid to prevent it from cooling down quickly after turning it off. I'll see if I can buy it separately. It's also easy to clean, another point to love it even more!

I am a big fan of this grill. I frequently grill steaks and I appreciate that it doesn't produce any smoke, keeping my house from smelling like smoke. The steaks come out tasty and the grill is easy to clean and assemble. I highly recommend it!

This product is simple to use and heats up quickly and evenly. I suggest placing aluminum foil on the bottom drip pan to simplify the clean-up process. Over time, oil, meat juice, and sauces can drip onto the pan and eventually burn, making it difficult to scrape off. However, I have not encountered any issues with cleaning the top grill part. Overall, I would recommend this product.
