The company did a great job with packaging, but the shipping container was damaged during transit, causing the product to arrive late. However, the cooker was still well-protected and looks beautiful, so I have no concerns about it working properly.

The only downside is that the pots are very small, so be sure you want that size. However, they worked for what I needed.

The item I received was packaged like new but had some dents. While I don't mind cosmetic damage, the left side stopped working after the initial use of filling the pots with water. This happened just outside of the return window.

This little crock pot is fantastic. It's perfect for parties and making hot dips. The temperature settings (warm, low, medium, high) are accurate. I definitely recommend both the product and the quick delivery from the seller.

This item has performed well in cooking both sides evenly. I plan to use it for hosting guests as well. I cooked dinner on one side and then stored the other side's contents in the freezer for later use.
