About 30 minutes before the roast was cooked, I added fresh carrots.

It's a different version from the one I bought in 202The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there's no light to indicate if it's still on, unlike the original one I got 2 years ago. I bought a second one so I could make 2 meals at the same time, as it takes a long time for one to cool off before I can wash it and start a second meal.
