I was pleasantly surprised with this juicer! I had read some reviews about it overheating and shutting off, but as a beginner, I found that it juices everything so quickly that I haven't had to keep it on for long. However, when juicing celery, it automatically turned off when I put in 6 or 5-inch pieces. I tried with 4 pieces and it juiced them in seconds. So, depending on how much you plan to juice, it could affect how well you think this juicer performs.

I had a previous juicer that was difficult to clean, so I specifically bought this one because it's machine washable. I have found it extremely easy to clean by just rinsing the parts in the sink. I was able to juice a whole bag of full-sized carrots in about 20 seconds without any issues. After juicing the carrots, I used the ground up carrots to make delicious pancakes.

I also juiced green apples with the skin on. Initially, I tried putting in 2 slices at a time, but it couldn't handle it. When I cut the slices into cubes, it juiced them instantly with no problem. Overall, I think this juicer is perfect for a beginner like me who is only juicing for myself. I'm sure there are more expensive machines out there that can outperform this one, but for my needs, it's great!
