I appreciate that this toaster stays cool to the touch, making it safer to use. Although it does have a short cord, it's manageable. My favorite feature is that when the bagel is done, it doesn't get stuck - just lift the lever and it pops up the rest of the way! No more struggling to get the bagel out. I absolutely love this toaster and the price is great - it's better than $80 toasters.

This toaster does its job well, and it's large enough for bagels. It's simple to operate and affordable enough to replace if it stops working after a year or even 10 years. The previous toaster I had was also inexpensive and lasted for 20 years.
