I bought this stove to make coffee in an office trailer. On the 1000 watt setting, it boiled 1 quart of water in 6 minutes. Compared to a single burner Coleman stove, which took 5 minutes. It has a nice design and is lightweight, portable, compact, efficient, and runs on 120 volt household current.

The light stays on. It boils water (with a lid on the pot). It's pretty good at cooking on high, although it does fluctuate a bit during long-term cooking. I'm very happy with it and would buy it again.

I got this for my brother, who's a single guy and cooks minimally. His stove broke, and he didn't want the expense of buying another one.

I used it for habesha coffee. It's made of really good material, and it's easy to clean if you spill anything. I love it.

I bought a canner, but the instructions advised against using it on a glass top range due to weight concerns and on a propane flame due to excessive heat. The Courant double burner was perfect for the size and weight of the canner. So far, I've canned 32 pints without any issues.

It's very simple to use���just plug in and turn the dial. Although I've only used it a few times, it's definitely worth the money. Even my less skilled coworker can use it with minimal supervision. :) Cleaning is just as easy. Just unplug it, let it cool down, then lift the burner coils and wipe it down.

This stove is perfect for simple cooking tasks. While it's not ideal for boiling large pots of water, it's great for cooking burgers and other simple dishes. It's especially handy when you don't have access to a regular stove. It takes some getting used to if you're accustomed to gas stoves since it's electric.

I like this one, so I ordered a two-burner. My RV has a very big gas grill on a slide-out, but it's inconvenient to use. I can pop this one on the countertop where it's at a much more comfortable height to use, but a numbered control knob would be nice.
