Required a coffee grinder to grind crushed habanero pepper into powder. I altered it by sharpening the blade to a fine edge, and it works brilliantly. It efficiently grinds crushed pepper to powder in no time. Seed remnants are problematic with a dull blade. Cleaning is swift; I use a soft paintbrush to clear away any residue. I'm confident it would function effectively without modifications for grinding coffee. I'm delighted with this purchase.

I utilize this grinder for grinding flax seeds and apricot kernels separately. It operates at an extremely fast pace! It takes only 3-4 seconds to grind flax seeds into a fine powder and about 20 seconds for the apricot kernels. My only issue is with the lid, which is difficult to remove and align perfectly. Grinding is so precise that residual powder often sticks to the lid, sides, and bottom. A brush included for cleaning would be a valuable addition.
