I have been using my Courant for 4 years now and couldn't be happier. It's great for frozen pizza, freshly made pizza, cookies, random little frozen snacks, nachos - oh, nachos come out so great on this little thing, crescent rolls, and more.My household uses it at least 4-5 times a week. I love it so much I bought an identical one to gift someone, and they find it convenient also. It's my favorite basic kitchen appliance.

Does Exactly What I Expected

I expected the machine to cook the crust quicker than the toppings and that's exactly what it does. It leaves a thin crust on the bottom of the pizza that no other method will do. I cook the pizza for ten minutes, then place a round cardboard wrapped in foil all round to insulate the crust and allow the toppings to catch up. Ten more minutes, then remove the foil pack and let the pizza lay directly on the hot plate for ten more minutes. But OTOH it's quick and easy so I still use it anyway. I'm sure it saves energy and is great for use in an RV or even on the patio. I would buy it again.
