Easy Homemade Pizza, Flatbreads, and Focaccia

I absolutely love this pizza oven. I can easily put homemade bread dough with some sauce and cheese (store-bought works great too) in it, and in 12 minutes, I have a delicious pizza or flatbread ready. I use it a lot more than I initially thought I would and have made all kinds of pizzas and flatbreads with it. It produces a good crust on the bottom, doesn't heat up the kitchen in the summer, and is easy to clean��just a wipe-off with its really good non-stick surface. The heat setting is around 375 to 400 and is not adjustable.

I travel for work often and spend up to 40 days in a hotel. This is great at making not only pizza but any canned roll kind of things. The premade cookie dough cooks up very nicely. Quesadillas are quick and easy. It is very easy to keep clean, but I often use parchment paper so I can just pick the paper up to get the food out.

This pizza maker works well for cooking frozen pizzas, but it lacks temperature control. The bottom crust tends to get done before the rest of the pizza, which is a drawback.

I was quite impressed with this pizza oven. My siblings and I decided to have a pizza making contest. We wanted to have our pizzas done at the same time so I bought this so we had an extra cooker to use. It cooks pizza real quick. The top didn't brown as much as I would like but the two times I've used it so far the crust was cooked perfectly.
