My son had been wanting a panini press for a long time, and I finally decided to get one because I liked that it can also be used for grilling. He was thrilled to receive it and has been using it almost every day to make his own sandwiches. It's very easy to clean and the lid doesn't get as hot as the bottom, but that's not a problem. We've also used the grill function to cook hot dogs, and it was a big hit with my family. Overall, we're very happy with this panini press.

This appliance lacks temperature control, so the bread can easily burn before the inside is hot. The top doesn't heat as evenly as the bottom, resulting in uneven cooking. I didn't realize there would be no way to adjust the temperature. The on/off function is simply plugging it in or unplugging it. Cleaning is difficult due to the design, despite the fact that food doesn't stick. The appliance also gets hot to the touch, so it's important to keep it out of reach of children.

The item is too small to hold more than 2 slices of bread and some lunch meat. While the pictures appeared decent, it cannot fit a baguette for a cuban sandwich. In general, it is disappointing for its intended use.

I am extremely disappointed with this garbage product. I tried to cook 4 pieces of bread and they all came out burned in the center and undercooked on the edges. The same happened with bacon - the outer edges were not cooked while the inside was approaching burned. I don't understand the positive reviews for this product. The manufacturer completely overlooked the importance of even cooking. I will be returning this product.

My wife adores this product! It really elevates the flavor of her sandwiches.

The panini machine is effective, but I do wish it had adjustable heat settings.
