I am completely satisfied with this crock pot. I had been using the same brand for over 20 years, so I knew it would be reliable. I kept my old one in good condition as a backup, but so far I haven't needed it because the new one is just as great as I expected.

I have purchased it twice in the last 12 months, once for my mother and once for myself.

This was a present for my daughter and she adores it.

I am not satisfied with the quality of this product. It only has three settings (high, low, and warm) and I regret not spending more on a higher quality option.

I recently purchased the Courant 7 Quart Oval Manual Slow Cooker, Stainless Steel. I've been using a smaller crockpot for years but needed a larger one to cook a 4.5-lb chicken with lots of vegetables for leftovers. Unfortunately, the 7-qt crockpot is still not big enough for all the vegetables I wanted to add. While it can fit a 4.5-lb chicken, there's only enough room for a few little cut-up potatoes, one onion, and one large squash. Despite this, the quality and reliability of the Crockpot brand is still excellent.
