I recently purchased this item and have used it twice in the past week. It has basic functionality with just on/off, warm, and high settings. I have found that when I put it on high, it actually stays on warm, so I have to adjust it slightly to the right to get it to turn on high. Once I figured that out, I had no issues. Considering the price, it's a great value. The cord is a bit short, but I have been able to make it work.

I am very happy with my new crockpot from the trusted brand name. It's a replacement for my 15-year-old crockpot, which was also from the same brand. I always value the reliability of brand names.
