I purchased a bread machine to enjoy the taste of homemade bread like my mother used to make, as I am unable to knead bread by hand. However, I am disappointed with the digital display, as it goes dark once the machine starts operating, making it impossible to see the progress. I was using recipe 2, which is the default setting according to the manual, but I'm not sure if that's the reason for the issue.

I received the array yesterday and I made my first loaf today. It's absolutely great - well made, sturdy, and very easy to use. I've used Panasonic, Brevelle, Willam Sonata, and this one works just as well, but at less than half the price. I highly recommend it!

I think this machine is a good value for the price. My old Black&Decker bread maker from the 90's finally stopped working, and unfortunately it couldn't be fixed because we live in a society where things are often thrown away instead of repaired. After doing some research, I chose this machine as a replacement. It's smaller and quieter than my old one, and it works well. However, there are a few things I don't like about it: there's no cord wrap, the control panel doesn't stay illuminated once the machine starts, and the instruction booklet has recipes in metric measurements, which is not convenient for me as I live in the US. I use my old Black&Decker recipe book instead. Also, the instruction booklet could use some proofreading before it's published. Despite these minor complaints, I still recommend the machine to others.

I am really enjoying using this machine. It's much better than using my stand mixer to mix dough. The delay feature is fantastic. With how much bread and dough I'm making, I should know soon how durable this machine is. I would definitely buy another one. I was a little alarmed when all the lights started flashing while cooking, but that's just how it works. Pressing the menu button while it's working will show you the time and the stage of the process. I love it!

The bread maker functions properly, however, it does not have a jam setting as indicated in the product description. The bread maker's description should be revised to reflect this. It should be noted that the display does not work and the buttons blink continuously during baking, except when making selections. The blinking occurs sequentially, rather than all at once. Is this a normal occurrence for this product?

I have made three loaves of 2 pound bread using this array and they have turned out to be delicious. I have made basic white, sourdough, and sweet bread with it. The device is simple to use - just turn it clockwise to put the pan in and counter clockwise to take it out. It couldn't be easier to use and I would definitely recommend it.

I nearly returned the product without using it because I struggled to remove the bread basket. Eventually, I accidentally twisted it slightly to the right and that did the trick. If you're having the same issue, try turning it a little and it should release. This should be included in the instructions.

Despite that, I have yet to find anything I dislike about this bread maker. It produces a good-sized loaf of bread and offers a variety of options for different types of bread, shades of brownness, and loaf sizes. I highly recommend this bread maker, especially considering its reasonable price compared to other options on the market.

I made two loaves of bread. The first one turned out fine with no issues. However, the paddle got stuck in the second loaf and I had to use shop tools to remove it from the machine. Despite the paddle issue, both loaves tasted good.

I have a Cuisinart bread machine at my other house, and I got this one for my second place. I've made regular white bread, banana bread, English muffins dough, pretzel dog dough, and doughnut dough so far. I'm not a baker, but everything turned out great with this versatile machine. The manual could be better and is written in poor English, but otherwise, it's a great machine. You can figure everything out from the manual, and there are tons of online recipes to try. I even included pictures of the English muffins I made today with it. They turned out light, fluffy, and very tasty. The machine did most of the work, and I just rolled out the dough, cut the muffin pucks, and fried them in a cast iron pan. And, presto, I had muffins for eggs Benedict!

Honestly, there's nothing my Cuisinart can do that this one can't, and I've only tried a few of the modes it has.

I did see one reviewer comment that they couldn't get the bread pan out of the machine. It's clearly explained in the manual that a simple counterclockwise twist will unlock it. It's exactly how my Cuisinart works, so unless theirs was broken, they didn't try very hard. I recommend grabbing the top edge of the pan to twist vs the handle, as the handle is thin and flexes when twisted. The rim is more solid, just be careful if the pan is still hot. It will probably loosen up a bit over time if you really want to use the handle, but I'd stick with the upper rim.

Other than improving the manual a bit, I can't say anything bad about this bread machine. It's been a pleasure to use every time.

I recently purchased a breadmaker for the first time after doing some research on the best price, reviews, and ratings. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. My 10-year-old daughter and I made our first loaf the same night and it exceeded our expectations. She even said it was the best bread she's ever had.

One tip I have is to burn off any residue by running the breadmaker for 10-20 minutes and wiping it out afterwards. Additionally, I recommend throwing away the recipe book and instead finding recipes online. Many others have mentioned this and I have found it to be true. The book is not very helpful.

Lastly, I want to mention that cleanup is incredibly easy and hassle-free. Overall, I love my breadmaker.

The package arrived as expected, but the key was missing. The manual doesn't explain how to remove the bread basket. You need to slightly turn it to remove it. I received this as a gift and haven't tested it yet. I may change my rating depending on how easy it is to use.

This bread maker is easy to use and produces delicious loaves of bread. I've already made crusty French bread and am now attempting a soft white loaf. The only issue I've encountered is that it moves around a bit when kneading a larger loaf. I may need to use an extension cord so I can place it on the floor during kneading. I stay close by to make sure it stays safe. Other than that, it's a pleasure to use and the bread is much more affordable than buying artisan loaves. I've tried the recipe that came with the machine, as well as some from a bread machine book, all with great results. Tomorrow, I plan to make Panettone and maybe a Stollen.

The paddle wheel is lost. I attempted to purchase a replacement from Customer Support, but it was not helpful. If you misplace the measuring device that comes with the machine, it's a problem.
