This mixer has a powerful motor, but it may not be suitable for mixing bread dough. However, it works great for baking single cake mixes or 8 or 9 two layer cakes from scratch. It really gets the job done well.

I wanted a powerful mixer that could handle stirring natural peanut butter and mixing cookie dough. My old mixer started smoking while working with a new jar of peanut butter, so I needed a replacement. This mixer comes with a stand and 2 beaters and 2 dough hooks, and it has 10 speeds. It's the best little mixer, and I highly recommend it.

I appreciate the strength of this item, but I've noticed that it tends to pull in flour and powdered sugar into the top or front of the motor, which can make a mess. I'm concerned about potential clogging. On the positive side, I do like that it comes with its own built-in stand.

The product works well, but it requires holding down the turbo button, which can be difficult. It does not stay on when in use. I would not purchase this item again.
