I used the mixer to mix the ingredients for a cheesecake and found it to be easy to hold, use, and clean. It worked very well, but I think it could have been less powerful on the slowest setting.

I regret buying this mixer. The lowest speed is too high and causes ingredients to splatter all over the kitchen. The higher speeds are too powerful for mixing runny ingredients. I am disappointed and wish I could return it, but I have already used it.

This mixer is surprisingly effective given its low price. I was able to receive a replacement on the same day, which was very convenient. The motor is powerful and was able to easily handle mixing a thick dough without any issues.
