I've always wanted a bread machine and was excited to try out the Kitchen in a Box bread machine. It came with an instruction booklet that had easy-to-follow instructions and recipes.

Using the machine was a breeze and it made baking a loaf of bread so simple! I tried the soft bread recipe (program 1 out of 15 automatic programs) and set the crust color to medium. The bread turned out perfectly cooked and delicious, with the crust exactly the color I had wanted.

The machine goes through a series of steps, including kneading, preheating, stirring, resting, and fermenting the dough. After baking, it keeps the bread warm for up to an hour. It also offers options for light, medium, or dark crust, as well as three loaf sizes: 500 grams, 750 grams, and 1,000 grams. There's also a delayed start option.

The instructions suggest using butter under the kneading paddle to make it easier to remove for cleaning. I missed that step and had to soak the non-stick bread tray in warm water for 30 minutes. I recommend following that step, as otherwise, cleanup is easy.

Overall, using this bread machine was a fun and easy experience. I highly recommend it!
