I prefer homemade bread because I can avoid the chemicals and additives found in store-bought bread, and I can modify recipes to make healthier bread. Additionally, making bread at home is much more cost-effective than purchasing it from the store. The machine was easy to set up and comes with measuring cups. It offers 15 auto programmed settings and the option to customize. There are also 3 crust choices: light, medium, or dark. The first loaf I made was a bit dense, so for the second attempt I added 2 tablespoons of dry milk powder to create a lighter, fluffier bread which turned out great. I plan to make bread once a week with this user-friendly machine. It also has a delay setting and a keep warm feature, which is helpful for dinnertime!

I have a bread machine that is very user-friendly, but my first two attempts at making bread were not very successful. The plain white loaf I made was too dense, and the sourdough loaf, while okay, didn't taste any better than store-bought bread. I used bread flour and followed the recipes exactly as they were written in the included recipe book. The recipes are simple and the auto cook functions are very easy to use. I believe this is a good machine, but I need to find better recipes. It would also be helpful if the recipe book included approximate cooking times, as the first loaf took 3 hours while the second one took almost 7 hours.

After unpacking the bread maker, I enjoyed a delicious loaf of bread 3 hours later.
