The Kitchen in a Box Bread Machine is working perfectly. I finally had a chance to try it out last night and it worked perfectly the first time. I haven't used a bread machine in years, so I was hopeful for the outcome of the first loaf. After reading the instructions, it seemed easy enough. After filling the pan and locking it in place, I selected the Sourdough menu option, chose the loaf size and crust color, and let it do its thing. This machine definitely does the job, but it's a bit noisy. It's like a mini washing machine on spin cycle. Once you add the ingredients, all you have to do is pull out the mixing handle. The bread turned out delicious. I cut it too quickly to take a picture, but I'll make sure to do that next time. The smell of fresh baked bread filling the house was wonderful. I used wheat bread flour instead of regular flour and it was great. I'm now a fan of making my own bread, so I hope this machine lasts.
