I purchased the handheld mixer to help with my new baking project of making my own bread for dietary reasons. However, after examining the mixer, I realized it was not powerful enough to knead bread dough. I believe it would work well for mixing cake batter, but I returned it unused.

This mixer works well. My old 15-year-old mixer got damaged, so I had to purchase this one. I find it difficult to open the packaging, but using a butter knife helps.
