Durable Single Stove Top

This Courant burner is of exceptional quality and is sturdy, providing even cooking. I have been using single burners for 20 years for meal prep and find this one to be the best. I keep it on my cook top stove and ordered two more for use outside during the spring, summer, and fall. It is a quality burner.

I purchased an electric burner because I needed a way to keep my indoor air warm and moist during the cold weather without the risk of carbon monoxide from my gas stove. So far, the hot plate is working well and boiling water quickly. I plan to use it for cooking soup and other foods, and will update if I encounter any issues. The knob did get very hot when I used it on a high setting.
