This hot plate was ideal for making a cardboard box smoker, with its adjustable dial allowing for accurate heat modification. All it took was a couple of wire racks, a tray from the Dollar Tree, some string, and a cardboard box, and we had a collapsible smoker for less than $20.

This little burner has been perfect for my kitchen remodel. It's lightweight, heats up and cools down quickly, and I've used it for everything from eggs to stir fry for my family of four. I've been using it 3-4 times a week for about 2 months without any issues.
