After ordering the item, I was worried about its size based on reviews about its suitability for cheese. However, when it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised as the pictures didn't do it justice. It can easily hold 6 cups of water. I haven't used it yet, so I can't comment on how easy it is to use, but with only 4 settings, I don't expect it to be too complicated.

We found that this item was just the right size for heating and serving our appetizer meatballs. It works wonderfully and is a great value for the price.
